The BRAG Regional Review Committee is seeking public comment on the proposed 2027 Regional Rating and Ranking policies and criteria for Box Elder, Cache and Rich Counties. These funds are allocated from the Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Block Grant to the State of Utah. These funds are meant to be spent for community development activities primarily designed to benefit areas and persons who are considered low to moderate income.
