BEAR RIVER ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (BRAG)
is an extension of city and county governments in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties in Utah. BRAG provides a wide array of services for low-income households, seniors, and persons with disabilities, and provides community and economic development technical assistance to local governments.
