LONG TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN PROGRAM VOLUNTEERS
We are looking for volunteers in Cache, Rich, and Box Elder Counties to serve as certified Ombudsmen to advocate for and improve the quality of care and quality of life for residents living in long-term care facilities.
